For your protection and peace of mind we regularly send our biscuits to an independent laboratory for gluten testing. We are very proud of our test results and are happy to share them with you. The acceptable standards proposed by the FDA are 20ppm. All of our products meet and surpass the Celiac Foundation strict criterion of 10ppm.
Our gluten free oat flour comes from Bob's Red Mill. The oat flour has been milled from the purest gluten free oats grown by over 200 farmers on clean, dedicated oat-growing fields. The flour is milled and packaged in a 100% gluten free facility and tested for gluten to ensure purity.
Our biscuits are packaged in resealable bags made from ecofriendly rice paper. Perfect for travel in a diaper or beach bag!
